Ernest Jura

Ernest is a health technology and data leader and the founder of Collabmed, a digital care platform used by clinics and hospitals across Kenya. As CEO of Afyanalytics, he leads efforts to close the global gap in African healthcare data by transforming fragmented hospital, clinical, and pharmacy information into actionable insight. He brings deep technical expertise, local context, and a strong commitment to ethical, impact-driven data use.

Curt Laird

Curt is a seasoned frontier-market operator with 14 years in Afghanistan, where he helped build Roshan into a billion-dollar telecom and launched leadership accelerators in conflict environments. A strategist and executive coach, he brings deep expertise in scaling organizations under complex conditions. Curt is driven by a conviction that ventures flourish when leaders flourish — and that sustainable development begins with people.

Daniel Streckfuss, MBA

Daniel is an operator, business development, and product leader who has built and scaled projects across healthcare and technology, including co-founding a healthtech company acquired by private equity. As Director of Product Mgt at the largest U.S. air medical operator, he helped advance key product and operational initiatives that improved training and workflow systems. He brings strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to developing leaders and ventures in frontier markets.
