Katrina has led more than $100M in government and NGO programs across Somalia, Afghanistan, and other fragile states. A certified executive coach and transformative leadership trainer, her work in justice reform, education, and community development shapes reFrontier Foundation’s approach to leadership formation and social impact. Grounded, strategic, and people-centered, she ensures our ventures grow alongside the communities they serve.

Ernest Jura
Ernest is a health technology and data leader and the founder of Collabmed, a digital care platform used by clinics and hospitals across Kenya. As CEO of Afyanalytics, he leads efforts to close the global gap in African healthcare data by transforming fragmented hospital, clinical, and pharmacy information into actionable insight. He brings deep technical expertise, local context, and a strong commitment to ethical, impact-driven data use.

Curt is a seasoned frontier-market operator with 14 years in Afghanistan, where he helped build Roshan into a billion-dollar telecom and launched leadership accelerators in conflict environments. A strategist and executive coach, he brings deep expertise in scaling organizations under complex conditions. Curt is driven by a conviction that ventures flourish when leaders flourish — and that sustainable development begins with people.

Daniel Streckfuss, MBA
Daniel is an operator, business development, and product leader who has built and scaled projects across healthcare and technology, including co-founding a healthtech company acquired by private equity. As Director of Product Mgt at the largest U.S. air medical operator, he helped advance key product and operational initiatives that improved training and workflow systems. He brings strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to developing leaders and ventures in frontier markets.

Dr. Louis Machogu
Dr. Louis Machogu is a healthcare entrepreneur and leadership catalyst who founded Haltons Pharmacy, scaling it to 52 locations across Kenya and Ethiopia. A former President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya, he brings deep operational expertise, regulatory insight, and a commitment to developing local leaders. His work focuses on building integrated healthcare ventures that combine commercial excellence with community trust.
